We fully understand that plans and preferences can change. However, as all our apparel is custom-tailored to individual order, orders cannot be modified or canceled once confirmed and submitted. We aim to introduce an order cancellation window at a later date.

We will ship your garment approximately 4 weeks after both parties confirm the body measurements and customization details. International delivery usually takes 7–15 days, though shipping times may vary due to customs clearance or other factors.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you that our fulfillment team has received your order. When your order has been shipped, you will get an email notification with your shipping tracking information. All items in our store are custom-made products, so returns and refunds are not supported. If a return is insisted upon against our policy, the shipping fee will be non-refundable.
